a minister in the Methodist Episcopal Church South, was born at Lagrange, Franklin Co.. Ala., February, 1846. He joined the Church in 1864, and in 1865 united with the Montgomery Conference. From that time to the close of his life, April 14, 1872, he filled the various appointments assigned him with, zeal, efficiency, and success. See Minutes of Annual Conferences of the M. E.
