1. (Hebrew Achichud', àֲçַéçֻã , brother [or friend] of union; Sept. É᾿á÷é÷Üä v. r. É᾿áñé÷ώ ), the second named of the two later sons of Bela the son of Benjamin (1Ch_8:7), B.C. post 1856. SEE SHAHARAIM. Perhaps the same as ABIHUD SEE ABIHUD (1Ch_8:3). SEE JACOB.

2. (Hebrew Achihud', àֲçַéäåּø , brother [i.e. lover] of renown; Sept. Á᾿÷éώñ ), a son of Shelomi, and phylarch of the tribe of Asher; one of those appointed by Moses to superintend the partition of Canaan (Num_34:27), B.C. 1618.
