He served in the war of 1812; joined the Church in: 1822; graduated from Union College in 1828, and from Auburn Theological Seminary in 1831; was ordained the same year; in 1835 took charge of the church in Springfield, N.Y.; afterwards preached in Bridgewater, and died June 13, 1842.
