1. The ninth of the eleven Gadite heroes who joined David in his fastness in the wilderness of Judah (1Ch_12:12) B.C. 1061.

2. One of the able-bodied sons of Shemaiah, the son of Obed-edom the Levite; he served as a porter to the "house of Jehovah" under David (1Ch_26:7). B.C. 1014.
