an English Presbyterian clergyman, was born-and educated in Scotland, where he began to preach. He came to London, and was ordained pastor at Monkwell Street in May 1783. In 1787 he was appointed afternoon preacher to the Presbyterians at Stoke-Newington, where he fixed his residence, and opened an academy. In 1803 he removed to Old Ford, and received his diploma from Aberdeen University. He published two funeral sermons, and was minister at Monkwell Street in 1811.
