(only in the plural ìֻìָàåֹú , lulaoth', windings; Sept. ( ἄãêõëáé , Vulg. ansulae), an attachment or knotted "eye," probably of cord, corresponding to the knobs or "taches" ( ÷ְøָñַéí ) in the edges of the curtains of the tabernacle for joining them into a continuous circuit, fifty to a curtain, and formed of blue material (Exo_26:4-5; Exo_26:10-11; Exo_36:11-12; Exo_36:17).
