(Heb. Arbi', àִøְáִּé , Sept. Á᾿ñâß ), an epithet of Paarai or Naarai, one of David's warriors (2Sa_23:35; comp. 1Ch_11:37), probably as being a native of the town ARAB SEE ARAB (Jos_15:52). In the list of Chronicles it is given as Ben-Ezbai, by a change in letters not unfrequently occurring. SEE EZBAI. (See Kennicott, Dissert. on 2 Samuel 23, p. 210.)
