a Florentine painter, was born in 1400, and studied under Spinello. The private cloister of the Church of Santa Croce contains several pictures by him in fresco, representing the legends of St. Francis. Lanzi says his best frescos are in the Church of Santa Maria Nuova, built by Martha X. He died in 1460.
