This Chapter Verse Commentaries:

13. ἀνθρώπινος. The word means adapted to human capacities, διὰ τοῦτο ἀνθρώπινόν ἐστιν (τὸ δίκαιον) Arist. Nic. Eth. 1Co 10:9, i.e. justice is in accordance with the conditions of human life. A consolation, as the last verse was a warning. These words were intended to meet an objection that it was impossible to walk warily enough—impossible to adjust aright the boundaries of our own freedom and our brother’s need. Every temptation as it comes, St Paul says, will have the way of escape provided from it by God. All that a Christian has to do is to live in humble dependence upon Him, neither perplexed in the present nor anxious for the future. Cf. 2Pe 2:9.

καὶ τὴν ἔκβασιν. The way of escape is provided by the same wisdom that permits the temptation.
