32. παιδευόμεθα. Cf. Psa 94:12; Pro 3:11-12; Heb 12:5-11. The word implies discipline for the purpose of improvement.

ἵνα μὴ … κατακριθῶμεν. A clear proof that damnation is an incorrect translation of κρίμα in 1Co 11:29. The κατάκριμα is avoided by undergoing the κρίματα.
