This Chapter Verse Commentaries:
11. δύναμιν. The force, as we say, of the sound. That is, the impression it was intended to convey.
βάρβαρος. This word is here used in its original signification of one whose speech is unintelligible.
ἐν ἐμοί. In me, i.e. in my estimation.
