18. καί γε may be rendered, Yea and, or And truly. Cf. Act 17:27 where καί γε is the correct reading. The Vulg. gives ‘et quidem.’
προφητεύσουσιν. Fulfilled also in the case of Agabus (Act 11:28), and of the Ephesian converts (Act 19:6), and of the daughters of Philip the Evangelist (Act 21:9).
