This Chapter Verse Commentaries:
12. οὔτε ἁλυκὸν γλυκὺ ποιῆσαι ὕδωρ with א (οὐδεὲ) ABD, Old Latin and Vulgate. The T.R. has the support of KLP and later MS. authority and some versions in reading οὐδεμία πηγὴ ἁλυκὸν καὶ γλυκὺ ποιῆσαι ὕδωρ. The reading in the text is an instance of the rule that a reading is to be preferred out of which all the rest may have been derived, although it could not have been derived from any of them.
