This Chapter Verse Commentaries:
26. βάψω for βάψας, and καὶ δώσω αὐτῷ for ἐπιδώσω (correction to avoid awkwardness). The readings vary much. Βάψας οὖν for καὶ ἐμβάψας, and Ἰσκαριώτου for Ἰσκαριώτῃ (comp. Joh 6:71).
