This Chapter Verse Commentaries:
25. τ. νόμφ. In the wide sense for the O. T. as a whole (Joh 10:34, Joh 12:34; Rom 3:19). The passage may be from Psa 69:4 or Psa 35:19 : there are similar passages Psa 109:3 and Psa 119:161. That their hatred is gratuitous is again inexcusable.
