This Chapter Verse Commentaries:
16. πολλοὺς … ἐπιστρέψει. Eze 3:19; Isa 40:3; Mat 3:3-6. The word for ‘turn’ is sometimes rendered ‘convert’ as in Luk 22:32, ‘when thou are converted.’ These words resume the thread of prophecy which had been broken for three centuries (Mal 4:6).
