This Chapter Verse Commentaries:
77. γνῶσιν σωτηρίας. A clear proof that these prophecies had not the local and limited sense of national prosperity which some have supposed.

ἐν ἀφέσει. In remission. Comp. Act 5:31, “to be a Prince and a Saviour, for to give repentance to Israel, and forgiveness of sins.”
