This Chapter Verse Commentaries:

15. καὶ εἶπεν αὐτοῖς. This introductory formula intimates that there is some break between Mar 16:14 and Mar 16:15. What follows was probably said on a different occasion, perhaps a week later. Between Luk 24:43-44 there is a similar break.

Πορευθέντες. See on Mar 16:10. This is their primary duty, to go into all the world and proclaim the good tidings. Note the strong form ἅπαντα, and cf. Rom 10:18 and Rev 14:6.

πάσῃ τῇ κτίσει. To the whole creation (R.V.). Contrast the limitation when the Apostles were first sent out, Mat 10:5-6. Except in the phrase ἀπʼ ἀρχῆς κτίσεως (Mar 10:6, Mar 13:9), in which it means the creative act rather than the sum of that which is created, κτίσις is not found elsewhere in the Gospels. It is fairly freq. in Paul, esp. in Romans.
