This Chapter Verse Commentaries:
13. ἄρατε αὐτὸν καὶ omitted before ἐκβάλετε on the highest authority. Alford suggests that the insertion was made from ‘the difficulty presented by a person bound hand and foot being cast out, without some expression implying his being taken up by the hands of others.’
