brou: Is found in , “thy brow brass” as the translation of מצח, mēcaḥ, meaning “to be clear,” i.e. conspicuous. In “led him unto the brow of the hill” is the rendering of ὀφρύς, ophrús, literally “the eyebrow,” but used throughout Greek literature as any prominent point or projection of land (compare use of supercilium in Verg. Georg. i.108).
