kor-i-an´dẽr (גּד, gadh; κοÌÏιον, koÌrion): The fruit of the Coriandrum Sativum (Natural Order Umbelliferae), a plant indigenous around the Mediterranean and extensively cultivated. The fruits are aromatic and stomatic-carminative.
