(1) ×ב ר×שׂן, 'aÌ„bh rı̄'shoÌ„n, “first father,†“chief father,†hence, “early ancestorâ€: “turned back to the iniquities of their forefathers†().
(2) Ï€ÏοÌγονος, proÌgonos, “born before,†“ancestorâ€: “whom I serve from my forefathers†(). It is translated “parents†(including grandparents) in : “and to requite their parents.
