Title. A Psalm. App-65
of David = by David, or relating to the true David. The sequel to Psalm 28, and the fulfilment of the promise in Psa_28:7. It is "the voice of Jehovah" in response to David's voice in Psa_28:6. It ends in the same manner.
Give = Ascribe, or Bring as due.
the LORD. Hebrew. Jehovah. App-4. Occurs fourtimes in verses:##Psa_1:2 and fourteen times in 3-11. See note on Psa_28:1.
mighty. The Targum reads "angels".
