All my bones = all the members of my body. Interpretation belongs to the speaker. The Application belongs (1) to the O.T. saints (Psa_139:13-16), and (2) to the later members referred to in Eph_1:22, Eph_1:23; Eph_2:21; Eph_4:4-16. Note their experiences: Psa_6:2 (vexed); Psa_22:14 (out of joint); but "not broken" (Psa_34:20 Joh_19:36. Exo_12:46); His heart broken (Psa_69:20); so our hearts (Psa_34:18); but not ourselves (Joh_10:27-29).

deliverest = rescuest. Compare 2Ti_4:18. 2Pe_2:9.



poor = oppressed. Compare Psa_34:6.



too strong. Law too strong (Gal_1:3, Gal_1:10, Gal_1:13); sin too strong (Rom_5:21); the world too strong (Joh_16:33); self too strong (Rom_7:24); death too strong (2Ti_1:10).
