The LORD reigneth. Three Psalms commence thus (93, 97, 99); they each end with the thought of "holiness" (the last has the word "holy" three times), indicating that, when He reigns, "all will be holy" (Isa_23:18. Zec_14:20, Zec_14:21). This explains the cry of the Zoa (Rev_4:8), because His judgments will prepare the way for His reign.
